Kitchen Range - Precision Cooking

Precision cooking is a descriptor commonly used to hype induction-cooking technologies, thanks to its narrow heating focus on the cookware vessel itself. But for the past few years, engineers at Monogram have been working to bring an elevated precision to gas cooktops.

In 2021, the company is rolling out its innovative True-Temp burner, which allows users to set gas burners at an exact temperature.

Say goobye to overcooked meats and say hello to tender, juicy steak.

The new control will debut in Monogram’s Redesigned Statement Collection Professional Range, available in 30-inch, 36-inch, or 48-inch models with all-gas or dual-fuel cooktops, and outfitted architecturally with a polished stainless-steel frame, solid brass knobs, and a digital control panel.
